In this project, I used HubSpot CRM’s Live Chat tool to manage a customer inquiry. HubSpot served as the central platform for receiving real-time messages, capturing the customer’s email, assigning the conversation to the right team member, and updating the contact’s lifecycle stage to “Lead.” The tool enabled the me to respond promptly, track conversation history, and maintain organized records, ensuring that the customer’s issue with the electric kettle could be followed up efficiently and professionally.

Out of the 25 selected records, I achieved a 100% verification rate, ensuring all leads were accurate and ready for engagement. By leveraging Apollo.io’s powerful data enrichment and verification features, I was able to streamline the process, eliminate the risk of bounced emails, and secure high-quality leads, making it an essential tool for my lead generation work.
